About the position

The Customer Service Advisor (CSA) plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer care within a retail sales environment. This position involves working collaboratively with the sales team to meet store sales goals while promoting a positive shopping experience for customers. The CSA is expected to maintain high standards of service and adhere to company policies, all while being present during peak customer traffic periods, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Promote the Pick-n-Pull Safety Culture.
  • Be a team player and help the team achieve its goals.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity.
  • Provide required information to customers as they enter the store.
  • Offer friendly and enthusiastic answers to customer questions.
  • Follow loss prevention, risk control, quality assurance, and proper cash handling procedures at all times.
  • Assist with housekeeping, janitorial, and other duties as assigned.
  • Identify when customer interaction requires assistance from management.
  • Complete sales training and follow the Pick-n-Pull 5 Step Sales Model.
  • Engage in continuous training and education in all areas of the Pick-n-Pull business.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must work safely at all times.
  • Good people skills with an outgoing friendly positive attitude.
  • Able to work retail hours including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reliable means of transportation.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak in English.
  • Proficient in automotive part/product identification.
  • Follow company dress code policy and maintain a well-groomed appearance.
  • Previous experience in a retail environment preferred but not required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
