About the position

The Customer Service Advisor (CSA) role at Pick-n-Pull Auto Dismantlers is a full-time retail position focused on providing exceptional customer care and promoting sales. The CSA will start as a Greeter and has opportunities for advancement within the company. This position requires a positive attitude, teamwork, and adherence to company policies while engaging with customers during peak traffic periods, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a retail sales team to provide best in class customer care.
• Promote the Pick-n-Pull Safety Culture.
• Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism.
• Provide required information to customers as they enter the store.
• Offer friendly and enthusiastic answers to customer questions.
• Follow loss prevention, risk control, quality assurance, and proper cash handling procedures.
• Engage in housekeeping and janitorial duties as assigned.
• Complete sales training and follow the Pick-n-Pull 5 Step Sales Model.
• Identify when customer interaction requires assistance from management.
• Engage in continuous training and education in all areas of the Pick-n-Pull business.

Requirements

• Must work safely at all times.
• Good people skills with an outgoing friendly positive attitude.
• Ability to work retail hours including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable means of transportation.
• Ability to read, write, and speak in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Proficient in automotive part/product identification.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in a retail environment preferred but not required.
