About the position

The Customer Service Advocate at Daniels Health plays a vital role in ensuring seamless interactions with customers, primarily in the healthcare sector. This position involves a variety of tasks including communication, scheduling, issue resolution, and fact-finding, all aimed at delivering exceptional service. The advocate will work closely with clinical and support contacts at hospitals and other facilities, contributing to the company's mission of making healthcare safer through innovative products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Interface with customers via phone and email to answer questions and resolve issues.
  • Proactively communicate schedule or stock changes and manage inbound scheduling requests.
  • Report, investigate, and resolve customer requests and complaints via Salesforce.
  • Maintain and update filing, inventory, and database systems.
  • Work closely with production and transport teams to ensure timely delivery at customer locations.
  • Create customer manifests and print/distribute process documents for daily production.
  • Ensure stock inventory in conjunction with the Plant Manager.
  • Print waste transfer documentation for transport of waste.
  • Support with routing and rerouting of trucks on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Liaise with all departments and customers on account changes.
  • Generate reports for the leadership team as needed.
  • Constantly seek ways to improve current administrative processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative and customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or corporate settings.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on record-keeping discipline.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Benefits
