About the position

The Customer Service Agent I (Seasonal, Short Term) is responsible for providing customer support and handling inquiries for clients while adhering to company values and policies. This role involves updating databases, managing inbound and outbound calls, and ensuring quality assurance standards are met. The position requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings and potential overtime, and is based in a center environment.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns according to client and company policies.
  • Provide customer support through phone calls and emails.
  • Follow strict work instructions, security verifications, and SOPs.
  • Adapt to continual changes in work instructions and procedures.
  • Meet expectations for all balance scorecard metrics and demonstrate improvement over time.
  • Follow proper escalation and de-escalation procedures for unresolved customer requests.
  • Maintain productivity in accordance with support program and company standards.
  • Attend and participate in required training sessions.
  • Adhere to all safety, ethics, human resources, and security policies and procedures.
  • Keep all systems open and be responsive to management during working hours.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and speaking skills.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work from the facility.

Benefits

  • Compensation of $21.77 per hour ($17.20 plus $4.57 HWB)
