About the position

SkyWest is seeking entry-level Customer Service Agents to provide excellent front-line service to passengers in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn various aspects of the airline operation while working with a diverse range of customers. The position includes robust training, shift trade flexibility, and potential for career advancement within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Greet passengers and issue tickets.
  • Provide seat assignments and check baggage.
  • Board flights and assist customers who arrive without their luggage.
  • Re-book passengers in a prompt and friendly manner.
  • Assist special needs passengers and resolve customer complaints.
  • Communicate clearly with ground personnel and flight crews.
  • Calmly handle situations such as cancelled and delayed flights.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Possess a valid unrestricted state-issued driver's license.
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Willing to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
