About the position

As a Customer Service Agent at Prime Therapeutics, you will be part of a fully remote Contact Center team, responsible for assisting Prime members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices with their inquiries regarding medication and benefits. This role is crucial in ensuring that members receive the support they need to access their medications and improve their well-being. The position offers an opportunity to develop customer service skills within the healthcare sector while working from home.

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming calls or emails from members, pharmacies, and doctor's offices regarding requests for information on medication and benefits.
  • Investigate and resolve member inquiries in a timely manner or escalate to the appropriate team member.
  • Adhere to and reinforce Prime and departmental standard operating procedures and training guidelines specific to HIPAA.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Nice-to-haves
