About the position

As a Customer Service Agent at SIXT, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer engagement and managing vehicle operations. Your responsibilities will include welcoming customers, ensuring a smooth rental experience, and maintaining the fleet's condition. Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers upon arrival and gather feedback to improve their rental experience.
  • Ensure customers take all personal belongings and check vehicles for damage, directing issues to the appropriate channels.
  • Advise customers on rental charges and provide accurate receipts for a clear, customer-focused process.
  • Identify and tag vehicles for maintenance or grounding, ensuring they are moved to the correct location.
  • Work in various weather conditions and take on additional tasks to support business needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
  • Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
