About the position

As a Customer Service Agent at SIXT, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer engagement and managing vehicle operations. Your responsibilities will include welcoming customers, ensuring their rental experience is exceptional, and maintaining the fleet's readiness. This position offers opportunities for growth and a competitive starting pay rate of $23.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers upon arrival and gather feedback to improve their rental experience.
  • Ensure customers take all personal belongings and check vehicles for damage, directing issues to the appropriate channels.
  • Advise customers on rental charges and provide accurate receipts, ensuring a clear and customer-focused process.
  • Identify and tag vehicles for maintenance or grounding and ensure they are moved to the correct location.
  • Work in various weather conditions and take on additional tasks to support business needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
  • Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
