  • Address client concerns and issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and facilitate the processing of policy changes, claims, and other client requests.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and communications in the company's systems.
  • Educate clients about policy features, payment options, billing inquiries, and account management tools.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, products, and services to provide clients with relevant and up-to-date information.
  • Support the sales team by assisting with client onboarding, policy applications, and information gathering.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in customer service or client-facing roles, ideally in insurance or financial services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in computer systems and software for data entry, documentation, and communication.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Empathetic and patient with a genuine desire to assist clients.
  • Detail-oriented and organized in handling client requests and inquiries.
  • Bilingual skills are a valuable asset.
  • Must be licensed or willing to obtain a Life & Health Insurance license.
  • Sales experience is preferred.
