Responsibilities

• Scheduling pickups for air export shipments to ensure timely logistics operations.
• Performing accurate data entry of Kintetsu Cargo Receipt information for barcoding purposes.
• Assisting in managing the Teams pipeline for effective communication within the department.
• Updating flight information in Unified Freight Systems to enhance shipment tracking.
• Communicating with customers and overseas agents regarding delayed shipments and providing updates.
• Tracking and tracing air export shipments using airline tracking websites.
• Responding to customer and destination inquiries in a timely manner.
• Updating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures as required.
• Completing additional tasks and projects assigned by management.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
