Responsibilities

  • Monitor systems for alarm signals and respond to alarms using provided information.
  • Place outgoing calls to verify alarms and dispatch appropriate authorities.
  • Notify responsible parties regarding alarm situations.
  • Document incidents and actions taken in the system according to standard procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Minimum of six months of customer service experience; one year or more call center experience preferred.
