About the position

The Customer Service Analyst position at Entergy Louisiana involves performing data analysis and reporting to support the customer service function. The role is designed to enhance customer interactions and improve service delivery through effective data management and reporting. Analysts will work closely with various stakeholders, including commercial and industrial customers, to prepare reports and presentations, manage customer service data, and identify solutions to improve processes.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare reporting and presentation material for external customer meetings.
  • Manage and report customer service data in a CRM program.
  • Maintain and improve overall customer service reporting.
  • Support the group with research, data analysis, metrics, and reporting.
  • Assist in the development of departmental business plans and growth measurements.
  • Support Customer Service Managers and other leadership roles.
  • Identify and report data inconsistencies and irregularities.
  • Interface with internal organizations to gather and analyze information.
  • Develop creative solutions to improve workgroup processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business-related field required; Master's Degree preferred.
  • 0-2 years of professional experience for Analyst I; 2-4 years for Analyst II; 4-6 years for Analyst III; 6+ years for Senior Analyst.
  • Strong quantitative skills and knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software (SalesForce).
  • Excellent reporting, analytical, and research skills.
  • Technical knowledge of computer hardware/software and database systems.
  • Strong writing skills for plans, reports, and presentations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and external customers.
