About the position

The Customer Service and Contracts Support associate at RdF Corporation plays a crucial role in enhancing sales and fostering long-term customer relationships. This position involves supporting the Sales and Compliance departments by ensuring adherence to government regulations, processing customer requests, and coordinating projects across various internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Sales and Compliance departments by reviewing company compliance with government regulations.
• Participate in the development of policies and procedures to ensure adherence to related laws and regulations.
• Receive and process requests for quote (RFQ) and customer purchase orders.
• Update and maintain sales and compliance systems, files, and documents.
• Draft and review customer and vendor agreements.
• Support ongoing customer projects including preparation and submittal of internal and customer-facing reports and proposals.
• Prepare and design periodic sales and compliance department reports and procedures.
• Handle requests for assistance regarding interpretation of agreements.
• Coordinate projects between various internal departments.
• Support Sales department activities such as trip preparation, customer visits, marketing, and training.
• Function as the liaison between the customer, sales staff, management, production, and other company departments in supporting issue resolution regarding requests, orders, and accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines.
• Self-starter and energetic team player.
• Background in aerospace, defense, and/or nuclear energy industries is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain business issues.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience in manufacturing or knowledge of electronics and sensor technologies.
