We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support and assisting with sales inquiries. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will be crucial in delivering a positive experience and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on leads and promote products or services.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date client records.
• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and improve service delivery.
• Communicate clearly with clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Support clients with product knowledge and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall client services.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry and client management.
• Ability to analyze information effectively to provide tailored solutions for clients.
• Experience in outbound calling or sales is advantageous but not required.
• A passion for delivering excellent client services and building lasting relationships.
