Responsibilities

  • Provide price quotes for Molly Maid cleaning services to potential customers.
  • Grow and retain customers by answering phone calls and conducting outbound calls to book estimates and cleaning services.
  • Follow up with potential leads to offer company services.
  • Communicate with customers and leads in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
  • Close the loop on any open estimates or sales by maintaining personal relationships with clients.
  • Promote the company's culture and teamwork among colleagues.
  • Identify and assess customer needs through various communication channels and resolve concerns effectively.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of sales experience required.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to complete a background check.
  • Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
