About the position

The Customer Service and Sales Support Representative is a full-time on-site role focused on providing customer support for e-commerce and assisting Sales Customer Account Managers. The position involves processing sales orders, managing customer communications, and ensuring effective order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, enter, process, and manage sales orders through the fulfillment process.
  • Assist Account Managers with sales quotations, customer communication, order processing, and issue resolution.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding product delivery, pricing, and support related to customer sales orders.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills including Word and Outlook.
  • Prior customer service related experience.
  • Proficiency to effectively interact with customers.
  • Experience with order fulfillment in an e-commerce environment is a plus.
