We are looking for the perfect go-getter eager to join our growing team. As a full-time customer service representative based in our Bedford, NH office, the successful applicant will be responsible for all inbound customer service inquiries (phone and email) and will be key in supporting our Sales and Operations teams. We will look to you to help deliver superb post-sales support our direct to consumer and wholesale sales channels. To do well in this role you need to be extremely organized and love that being part of a smaller team means you get to pitch in and help with many aspects of our company. Given that you would be in charge of our online customer service, it is also incredibly important that your spelling and grammar is on point. Essential responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to: Managing and replying to all direct to consumer communication via phone and email Accurate processing and managing of direct to consumer orders Accurate processing and managing of drop ship orders Complete Amazon transfer requests as required Maintain accurate inventory counts for NH Office inventory, ensure ample stock is available for sample requests Manage all sample requests and shipping Manage quarterly customer promotional mailings and yearly catalog/holiday card mailing Assist with wholesale inquires and order entry as required Ad-hoc administration duties as required Potential travel once a year to assist sales team at the Inspired Home Show in Chicago The successful candidate must have: Excellent written English skills Pride in their customer service skills and ability to delight Professional phone manner Next level attention to detail The ability to work independently and as part of a team A cover letter showing us that you have taken the time to actually learn something more about Dreamfarm than what is contained in this job ad Prior customer service, office administration, or other relevant experience Proactive problem-solving skills and thoughtful approach to addressing challenges Positive attitude and be a fit with the Dreamfarm culture Must have strong Microsoft Office Suite skills Must be able to lift 30 lbs Ability to challenge and motive self to perform at a high level when working in a shared office environment If all this sounds like you, awesome!
