About the position

The Customer Service and Sales Specialist role is designed for a motivated individual who will assist customers in finding custom solutions and preparing quotes. This position involves direct communication with customers through calls, emails, and chat, requiring a goal-oriented mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement in sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information directly to customers regarding quotes, purchase orders, product offerings, changes in service, or shipping through calls, emails, and chat.
• Serve as the direct point of contact for our customers to answer any additional questions and find an effective solution.
• Support our accounting team in assisting customers, returns, exceeding expectations, and closing out sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service by upholding our standards in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with fellow Support Representative team members to improve customer satisfaction and enhance sales profits for our clients.
• Coordinate other responsibilities with the team such as eBay listings, photos, stock checks.

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience working in customer service or sales role.
• Strong professional conversation etiquette, especially over the phone when interacting with company representatives, clients and customers.
• Ability to use critical and creative thinking to identify and resolve issues with products and orders.
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
