About the position

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Customer Service Representative role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop relationships, and maintain the integrity of accounts. This position is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers and answering client queries to identify their needs. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience. Ultimately, a successful Customer Service Representative should collaborate with our sales team to achieve goals while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long run.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account matters
  • Manage incoming calls
  • Identify and assess inquiries to achieve customer expectations
  • Provide quotes and order updates in a timely manner
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Keep customer records, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Help troubleshoot common problems via phone and email
  • Follow all procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Work well with a team to achieve goals

Requirements

  • Effective communication using the information and resources available
  • Willingness to seek all out information relative to assigned tasks
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM software
  • Learn and adapt to new computer systems
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Ability to switch between tasks seamlessly
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to comprehend, retain, and apply product knowledge
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
