About the position

The Customer Service and Support Associate at Quality Comix is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels. This role focuses on addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests while maintaining detailed records of interactions. The associate will also assist other departments as needed, contributing to a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and communication
  • Assist Inventory Specialist and other departments as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Professional phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Proficient computer, software and internet skills
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude
  • High level of attention to detail and organization is a must
  • Ability to work with hands on fragile or delicate items
  • Work independently through self leadership
  • Proactively seek positive resolutions for customer concerns using empathy

Nice-to-haves

  • Comic book and pop culture knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs as needed
