About the position

The Customer Service Assistant/Associate at Midwest Holding LLC is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and agents through effective communication and in-depth knowledge of company products. This role is essential in maintaining high service standards and ensuring customer satisfaction in a professional office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers and agents with questions via phone
  • Ensure customer service is delivered in a qualitative and efficient manner
  • Maintain policy/contract records in coordination with all CSR's
  • Provide timely feedback to the Company regarding service failures or customer concerns
  • Partner with the team to meet and exceed customer's service expectations
  • Other projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • Proficient in using a computer
  • Experience in the Insurance industry is preferred
  • For Associate level: 1-year experience in a similar insurance/annuity-related role or 2 years in a similar inbound call center role
  • Basic Excel knowledge
  • Familiar with workflow management systems.
