About the position

The Customer Service Assistant/Associate at Midwest Holding LLC is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients and agents. This role involves utilizing in-depth knowledge of company products and effective communication skills to assist customers with inquiries, maintain policy records, and provide feedback on service issues. The position is designed for individuals who are customer-focused and eager to contribute to a growing financial services company.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers and agents with questions via phone
  • Ensure customer service is delivered in a qualitative and efficient manner
  • Maintain policy/contract records in coordination with all CSR's
  • Provide timely feedback to the Company regarding service failures or customer concerns
  • Partner with the team to meet and exceed customer's service expectations
  • Other projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • Proficient in using a computer
  • Experience in the Insurance industry is preferred
  • For Associate level: High School Diploma or AA Degree
  • 1-year experience in a similar insurance/annuity-related role or 2 years in a similar inbound call center role
  • Basic Excel knowledge
  • Familiar with work flow management systems.
