The Customer Service/Assistant to Owners position at Forever Sweet involves providing exceptional customer service in a bakery setting. Responsibilities

  • Write and process orders accurately.
  • Utilize computer skills for emailing and using Google Docs and Word.
  • Maintain a positive and organized work environment.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service is required.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Google Docs and Word.
  • Ability to handle food safely and knowledge of food handling practices.
  • Culinary experience is preferred but not mandatory.
