The Customer Service Associate plays a crucial role in stocking and maintaining merchandising standards on the sales floor, all while ensuring a clean and safe environment. A typical day for a Customer Service Associate involves creating a high level of customer service throughout the store, ensuring that all customers feel welcomed and valued. The associate will follow established policies and procedures, executing directives in a timely manner to maintain store operations. Additionally, the role includes providing a supportive work environment that helps train and develop participants in achieving their personal and professional goals. Safety is also a key component of this position, as the associate contributes to a safe and welcoming environment for both employees and customers. Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota prioritizes work-life balance, offering a typical starting pay range between $14.00 - $17.00 per hour. Weekend and holiday shifts are limited, and the organization provides competitive pay, flexible hours, and a variety of benefit options, including an employee discount. Responsibilities

Requirements
