About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cashier/Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Assist customers with order processing and account management.
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer feedback or inquiries.
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the call center system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Proficient in cash handling procedures.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Experience in outbound calling and sales is beneficial.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs effectively and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
