  • Quickly assess the urgency of customer requests and prioritize accordingly.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and other bank departments and vendors.
  • Provide continual feedback about the usability of services based on customer interactions.
  • Perform general clerical duties and operate various departmental equipment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of one year of banking or financial services experience in a customer service role preferred.
  • Previous contact center experience preferred.
