About the position

The Entry Level Customer Service Associate will act as a vital link between clients and their customers, utilizing energy and enthusiasm to enhance brand awareness through engaging sales presentations. This role requires strong communication skills and a willingness to learn various professional skills in a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the execution of tailored sales presentations
• Execute the set-up of each event, including displays and inventory
• Facilitate customer interactions throughout the event on behalf of our clients
• Participate in training opportunities to stay up to date on our clients
• Maintain a professional event space at all times
• Create a welcoming environment that encourages customers to ask questions and learn more about our clients and their services
• Track and report all sales to senior management

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working in a customer service, sales, or similar position
• Experience working with a team to successfully execute an event or project
• A desire to work in a hands-on environment with various opportunities to continue learning and expanding your professional skill sets
• Comfortability in a leadership or mentor role
• The ability to work full-time & travel locally
