Responsibilities

• Handle all on-site brand management and client management including presentations, sales and marketing.
• Facilitate customer enrollment on behalf of our clients.
• Work with fellow associates to successfully execute outreach in assigned areas.
• Maintain a clean and professional image at all times.
• Stay up to date with all client information, their non-profit status and community initiatives.
• Participate in group training opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client service related role.
• Some college coursework in a related field preferred but not required.
• A desire to be in a leadership and mentoring role.
• A drive to grow with a company and develop long term career opportunities.
• An open mind and willingness to continue learning new concepts and strategies.
