About the position

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Associate, you will be instrumental in driving sales and enrolling new customers for our clients. This role focuses on engaging potential customers, providing information about products and services, and assisting them through the enrollment process to ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers through various channels (e.g., phone, email, chat) to promote our products/services.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our offerings and answer any questions customers may have.
  • Guide customers through the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary information is collected and processed correctly.
  • Identify and address customer needs and preferences to tailor product/service recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer acquisition goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic understanding of sales and customer service principles.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and customer management software.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Nice-to-haves
