As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our quality team and ensure that our products meet the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Understand the whole Sales to Fulfillment process. Execute accurate data entry tasks and manage electronic files for Sales orders. Update sales order information after fulfillment is done. Call and schedule trucks for pick up and make the necessary paperwork for shipping. Printing labels, bill of lading for shipments and other necessary documents that goes along with the product. Make and send out invoices once the product is shipped and accurately update any new information for the invoice. Correspond to customers with updates and any concerns via email or phone. Collaborate with the production team and quality team to ensure the customers are getting their orders as specified and on time. Effectively communicate to address any customer concerns and always take care of the customer to ensure customer success. Be prepared to be cross-trained in various other office functions to ensure smooth office operations. Serve as a bridge of communication amongst departments, ensuring seamless information flow. Engage with team members, managers, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Contribute positively to our company culture, fostering an inclusive and harmonious environment. Requirements: A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant office experience. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and any relevant industry-specific software. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. A great personality that complements a team-driven environment. Solid understanding of the company's vision, mission, and values.
