About the position

The Customer Service Associate at Bella Moulding is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers in the custom frame industry. This role involves processing orders, resolving inquiries, and ensuring timely communication with customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Process orders received by phone, fax or email
  • Follow up on customer orders/inquiries
  • Resolve customer inquiries, requests, and concerns
  • Work closely with production and shipping departments to ensure accurate and timely service
  • Build relationships with customers and sales reps
  • Perform general clerical duties

Requirements

  • Must have phone-based customer service experience
  • Must be a self-starter who can handle multiple concurrent tasks efficiently and successfully
  • Must be well organized, detail oriented, and have excellent communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office, email and general office equipment
  • Strong basic math skills
  • Ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years experience in a similar role
  • Manufacturing/production experience preferred
  • Framing experience a plus
