About the position

As a Customer Service Associate at Panera Bread, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the warm and inviting atmosphere that our customers have come to expect. This position is available for both full-time and part-time roles, allowing flexibility to fit your schedule. You will be working in a casual environment where jeans are approved (as long as they are not ripped or have holes), and you will receive an hourly wage plus tips, making this a rewarding opportunity both financially and personally. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are essential to the daily operations of our bakery-cafes. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. You will interact with customers, take their orders, and assist them in making choices from our menu. Additionally, you will be involved in food preparation, which includes making sandwiches, salads, and beverages, as well as maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café. Our team is made up of experienced sandwich makers, preparation team members, baristas, cashiers, and salad makers, all of whom work together to create a productive and efficient environment.
