About the position

The Customer Service Associate I position at Mr. Cooper Group is a remote role focused on providing exceptional customer service in the mortgage industry. The associate will assist customers with inquiries related to payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage information, playing a vital role in keeping the dream of homeownership alive. This position requires effective communication skills and the ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

  • Answer 40-50 inbound/outbound calls a day
  • Assist customers with payment options, escrow items, and any general mortgage information
  • Discuss Mr. Cooper customer benefits like Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR
  • Assist customers that are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment

Requirements

  • 6 months customer service experience
  • Call center experience is a plus
