We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate and Prep Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting with fruit preparation tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to contribute to all aspects of our everyday operations. This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, with shifts typically lasting 6 hours and requiring availability for at least one weekend shift and one closing shift per week. As a Customer Service Associate, you will greet and assist customers warmly, providing them with information about our products and promotions. You will have the opportunity to customize orders to meet customer preferences, ensuring a personalized experience that enhances customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving inquiries and concerns promptly, processing transactions accurately, and seizing upselling opportunities to maximize sales. It is essential to follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Collaboration with team members is key to ensuring smooth operations and overall customer satisfaction. We are looking for candidates who have a sales mindset and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills are required, and flexibility to work 3-5 days per week, including weekends, closing shifts, and holidays, is essential.
