About the position

The Customer Service Associate at Goodwill Industries-Easter Seals is responsible for providing fast, friendly, and accurate transactions at the point of sale while ensuring a positive customer experience. This role involves maintaining merchandising standards, stocking the sales floor, and contributing to a clean and safe environment. The associate will also promote the mission and values of Goodwill-Easter Seals, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

Responsibilities

• Create a high level of customer service throughout the store.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, employees, and customers.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.
• Desire to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to interact with a diverse population in a human-services setting.
