About the position

The Customer Service Associate position at Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota is a part-time role focused on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining store operations. The associate will be responsible for processing transactions, stocking merchandise, and ensuring a clean and safe shopping environment, all while promoting the organization's mission and values.

Responsibilities

  • Create a high level of customer service throughout the store ensuring all customers experience a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Follow policies and procedures and execute directives in a timely manner.
  • Provide a work environment to train and develop participants in achieving their goals.
  • Contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for employees and customers.

Requirements

  • Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, employees, and customers.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.
  • Desire to provide excellent customer service.

Nice-to-haves
