About the position

The Customer Service Associate plays a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience at Raising Cane's. This entry-level position focuses on providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, including taking orders, assembling and delivering food, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. The role offers opportunities for growth and development within the restaurant industry, with paid training provided for new associates.

Responsibilities

• Take orders in the drive-thru and process payments efficiently.
• Assemble and deliver food to customers.
• Clean the dining room and other areas of the restaurant.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and preparing food.
• Multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Dependable and responsible with a strong work ethic.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or restaurant roles is a plus but not required.
