The Customer Service Associate plays a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience at Raising Cane's. This entry-level position focuses on providing excellent customer service, taking orders, assembling and delivering food, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Responsibilities

  • Take orders in the drive-thru and process payments efficiently.
  • Assemble and deliver food to customers.
  • Clean the dining room and maintain a tidy restaurant environment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Follow proper safety procedures when handling and preparing food.
  • Multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time.
  • Hardworking, responsible, and dependable.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or restaurant roles is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and assist other crewmembers.
