About the position

The Customer Service Associate role is a vital position within the restaurant, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Associates will engage with customers, take orders, assemble and deliver food, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. This entry-level position offers paid training and opportunities for growth within the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

• Take orders in the drive-thru and process payments efficiently.
• Assemble and deliver food to customers.
• Clean the dining room and other areas of the restaurant.
• Provide quick and friendly service to all customers.
• Assist other crewmembers in completing tasks and assignments.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food.
• Show up to scheduled shifts on time.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to kneel, bend, twist, or stoop.
• Ability to ascend or descend stairs and reach/grasp objects.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or restaurant roles is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
