About the position

The Customer Service Associate role is a part-time position focused on delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Associates will take orders, assemble and deliver food, maintain cleanliness, and engage with customers to enhance their dining experience. This entry-level position offers paid training and opportunities for growth within the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

• Take orders in the drive-thru and process payments efficiently.
• Assemble and deliver food to customers.
• Clean the dining room and maintain restaurant cleanliness.
• Engage with customers to provide a friendly and positive experience.
• Assist other crewmembers in completing tasks to ensure continuity of service.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and preparing food.
• Show up to scheduled shifts on time and work under pressure.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible and dependable work ethic.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or restaurant roles is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
