The Customer Service Associate - Pack Member role at St PetersBARK involves providing exceptional customer service while engaging with pets and their owners. This part-time position requires a commitment of 20-24 hours per week, including at least one weekend day. The role focuses on assisting customers, managing inventory, maintaining store readiness, and participating in various in-store projects and events.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in a friendly and confident manner.
• Manage inventory, including stocking dog food and receiving restock orders.
• Ensure the store is clean and well-merchandised every day.
• Engage in various in-store projects and events, both onsite and offsite.
• Capture photos of visitors and post them on social media.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is required.
• Comfortable working with computers and standard technology/software, including Google Sheets.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more multiple times a day.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Comfortable around dogs and cats of any size or demeanor.
