As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers while maintaining the store's appearance and ensuring a high standard of customer service. This role requires a strong emphasis on accurate register operation and proficiency in Ollie's Army, our customer service philosophy. In this position, you will greet and acknowledge every customer with our "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approach, which is essential for building long-term customer loyalty. You will also be responsible for accurately and efficiently operating the register, approving refunds for other associates, and assisting in training new Sales Associates. Additionally, you will assist with receiving merchandise, pricing items, merchandising products, and recovering the store to ensure it remains presentable and organized. Communication with Team Leaders regarding customer needs is also a key part of your role, along with completing any additional responsibilities or duties as assigned.
