About the position

The Customer Service Associate role at Enmarket involves providing excellent customer service while supporting the store manager in achieving operational, sales, and profitability goals. The associate will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring proper inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Count & verify starting cash & inventory.
• Greet customers pleasantly and offer ways to assist them.
• Match customer sales on pumps with pump number & amount on cash register.
• Perform cleaning tasks including windows, doors, counters, floors, and restrooms.
• Restock shelves, racks, coolers, and food service programs.
• Follow correct vendor check-in procedures.
• Control the use of 'no sales', 'voids', and 'canceled sales'.

Requirements

• Ability to stand at register for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.
• Ability to stoop, bend, stretch, reach, stack, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to hear, understand, and respond using the English language.
• Ability to use POS (cash register and pump controls).
