About the position

The Customer Service Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining store operations at Par Mar. This position focuses on providing exceptional service to guests, assisting with daily store tasks, and upholding company standards for professionalism and cleanliness. The associate is responsible for greeting guests, addressing complaints, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome each guest with a proper greeting and exit statement.
• Maintain a high standard of guest satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.
• Report any customer dissatisfaction to Store Management.
• Ensure compliance with safety measures and report any incidents immediately.
• Maintain a clean and attractive store environment, both inside and outside.
• Complete all cleaning and maintenance tasks assigned by Store Management by the end of the shift.
• Participate in training to increase personal knowledge and skills relevant to the position.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations regarding alcohol, tobacco, and health.
• Control loss prevention by following company policies and reporting dishonest findings.
• Support and promote store promotions and community events.
• Maintain an attractive image in the food service area and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Accurately receive merchandise and complete invoices to maximize inventory control.

Requirements

• 3 months of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to maintain a valid driver's license and proof of insurance for company business.
• Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of safety practices and compliance with regulations.

• Experience in retail or food service environments.
• Familiarity with cash handling and inventory management.
