The Customer Service Associate role is an entry-level position focused on providing exceptional customer service and support to clients in the telecommunications industry. This position is crucial for maintaining effective communication between the company and its clients, ensuring that inquiries and requests are handled efficiently while also contributing to sales initiatives and community outreach efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Proper execution of customer service and sales initiatives through direct communication with client leads and existing accounts
  • Becoming familiar with the telecommunications industry and client products and services to efficiently answer inquiries and requests
  • Collaborating with members of management, the Sales team, and other Customer Service Associates to create solutions to client marketing campaigns
  • Generating new sales opportunities with the assistance of client technology and service knowledge
  • Maintaining friendly and professional communication through all levels of the sales process and representing the client positively

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, business, or client relations role is a plus
  • Teamwork and open communication within the Customer Service Associate team and across all company departments
  • Full-time availability for day shifts
  • Interest in learning about our client's industries and implementing the knowledge during sales and customer service outreach
  • Effective and professional communication on behalf of our clients

Benefits

  • Base pay of $3,725.00 - $3,983.00 per month
