Responsibilities

• Make outbound contact attempts to sales and service customers to ensure satisfaction with their vehicle purchase/service.
• Solicit customer satisfaction surveys.
• Coordinate after-sales activities between the service department and vendors.
• Respond to guest and team inquiries in a timely manner.
• Promote a positive work environment and strive for continuous improvement.

Requirements
