Spherion Naples is seeking a dynamic Spanish/English speaking Customer Service Associate for a Swimming Pool Contractor in Naples, Florida. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via telephone to provide comprehensive support and information on our products or services.
• Expertly handle customer questions and complaints, utilizing your active listening skills to understand their needs.
• Efficiently manage customer accounts, maintaining detailed records of interactions, inquiries, complaints, and comments.
• Generate call back request tickets for issues beyond your immediate knowledge, ensuring timely resolution.
• Perform follow-up and escalation procedures to address and resolve customer requests effectively.
• Take on additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening, to effectively understand and address customer needs.
• A service-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to resolving customer grievances.
• Proficient computer skills and a quick ability to adapt to new processes.

Nice-to-haves

• Comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer (optional standing desk available).
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
