Responsibilities

  • Work directly with consumers daily to provide information regarding purchasing orders, upgrades, and contract renewals.
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of all clients' products and services to educate consumers and provide effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with other Customer Service Associates to strategize for team success and client profit margins.
  • Understand and interpret customer needs, applying information from Lead Customer Service Associates to personalize product packages.
  • Support sales professionals in identifying additional opportunities for clientele to boost the customer pipeline.
  • Communicate with upper management and compliance teams to maintain proper protocols when working with consumers.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role, hospitality, retail sales, or related industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment driven by goals.
  • Strong communication skills, with an empathetic and professional manner.
  • Possession of a solution-oriented mindset and adaptability to changes in consumer and business needs.
  • Maintain a positive attitude in a people-focused industry, especially when faced with challenges.
