About the position

USLI is seeking candidates to join our innovative and collaborative Instant Quote team in Boise, Idaho. This part-time position is subject to a maximum of 29 hours per week, year-round, and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to insurance agents and brokers.

Responsibilities

• Service a high volume of incoming calls, delivering exceptional customer service to insurance agents and brokers; send emails occasionally as needed
• Deliver the 'USLI Experience' by demonstrating a positive and friendly attitude with every interaction
• Learn foundational insurance concepts and be able to apply your knowledge to assist customers with their needs

Requirements

• High school graduate
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience in any industry
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving capabilities
• Must be able to commute to our Boise, Idaho office and work on-site
• Available to work between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm MT Monday through Friday, for up to 29 hours per week with a fixed weekly schedule
• Must be willing to travel to Wayne, Pennsylvania for the first week of on-site training and work 9:00 am to 5:00 pm ET Monday through Friday; all travel time and expenses will be covered by the company
• Must be available to work 8:00 am to 4:00 pm MT Monday through Friday for the second week of employment in Boise
