  • Develop and maintain a meticulous note-taking system for review
  • Possess knowledge of the tech space relevant to the job and company

Requirements

  • Proficiency in computerized systems for managing customer interactions
  • Experience in client services and call center operations
  • Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
  • Ability to handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Experience in outbound calling is desirable
  • Bilingual proficiency is an advantage for effective communication
